Has anyone done a stadium cake (specifically University of Michigan)?? Any idea what to charge??

It really depends on how big the cake is and the complexity of the design, it would probably fall in the $1000-3000 range.
You'll also need to get permission from the university to use their logo.

I did it and charged $1,000...I would definitely charge $1500-$2000 next time. Between the wiring for the lights and the music and getting it to scale, the carving, covering a humongous cake in fondant, it was hours of work. And yes, definitely get permission from the University.
