Hello everyone,
as the title suggests, id just like to find out any tips to make sponge cake last. How long will it last?
once i bake it and thaw it out, is that when i count the days it lasts? or from when its completely ready?

Ive heard that sponge cake has a shorter life that regular cake But, Im assuming that if you bake it and freeze, then thaw it that you should begin counting the days after thawing. JMO bc the frezing process preserves it, I would start after thawing.

Maybe some of our other cake buddies can assist as well.
