I'm trying to make my life easier, do any of you guys have a "time table" format you use? Since many cakes have things that need to be done in advance (like flower drying time), does anyone have some sort of system set up to keep track of when to do things? I thought of having a sort of wipe board listing the order and then maybe having some blocks that I could put dates in so I would know when to do things like making flowers in plenty of time so they would dry, coloring fondant, maybe even having boxes so I would know how much batter/frosting/filling I need to make for that order etc. Anyone?
