Hi all,

I normally buy Rich's Bettercreme in the big buckets from Sam's Club. However we are moving and to hold me over i need to get some in smaller amounts for a little while... OR I thought I heard there is a version that you can keep unrefridgerated then whip up yourself when you need it. I am open to either.

Anyone know where I can buy it online? Or what stores typically cary it (I am currently in NC but will soon be in the Philly, PA area)

Thanks!!!

The liquid bettercreme and other brands have to be kept refrigerated or frozen until whipped. I buy a couple of quarts at a time and keep them in my freezer. You can usually find them at your local cake supply but you may have to ask because they're kept in the fridge. Smart and Final and Cash and Carry usually carry the liquid kind Also check Gordon Food Supply.

i'll see if any of those stores are in my area. thanks!!
