If you were going to add liquors to cake balls, such as Bailey's, would you add to cake or candy melts? Thank you.
I only add ingredients to the cake - liquor, extract, jam, etc. When I melt chocolate (real or faux) I never add a liquid.
Add to the cake, but be careful not to add too much. It gets mushy fast.
It will not add to real chocolate. It will seize. I don't know anything about the other coatings.
