Hi Everyone,
I recently purchased a 4" round (3" deep) round cake pan. My question now is, what temperature and how long to bake it for? Any suggestions?
Thanks! icon_smile.gif

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes and then check for doneness. Three inch cakes take awhile to bake! If it is not done, keep baking in 15 minute increments. I find if I set the oven to 350 the outside gets overbaked and the inside doesn't bake enough.

I would check it earlier than that. Since it's such a small pan you can probably bake at 350 and check it earlier.
