Anyone have any recipes that call for 6x sugar? I purchased a 50 lb bag accidentally. I've been mixing a small amount of it with the 10x to get rid of it but it taking forever.

Thanks.

There is no need to have to mix or try to rid yourself of the 6x bag. All the numbers mean is how many times it has been sifted and I get 6x all the time from Restaurant Depot, no problems. If you are using a recipe which needs sifted confectioners sugar, like Royal Icing, then just sift it. Even 10x would have to be sifted to be sure all the tiny lumps or large ones are gone. Use it with confidence.
