How do you go about preparing a dessert or cake for tasting? Do you make a small one of the flavors to be considered?
I make an 8 inch square of whatever flavors I'm offering. Then I cut them into 16 pieces and put one square of each flavor on a plate, along with a dollop of each filling and frosting. Then they can mix and match flavors. The other squares go in the freezer for another tasting.
