I would like to purchase a new oven so i can make cupcakes too - what oven do you have and would recommend and how many cupcakes can you cook at once?

most of your upper end ovens are going to have a gas cook top and an electric oven. Gas ovens can flare and fluctuate a bit when heating, while electric is a more steady heat delivery.
At home, I have a GE dual freestanding range and I really like it. I have the smaller 'pizza' oven on the top and the larger oven on the bottom. I can bake them simultaneously with very good results.
or are you looking for a commercial oven?
