I have a fondant figure due tomorrow at 8:00am. I had one made a week ago and he fell apart so I'm in a crunch. Can I get a food dehydrator and put my guy in there to dry? Or would it better to have him sit in front of a small fan? He is pretty big and thick. Thanks!

I have not had good experiences with fondant in a dehydrator. My dehydrator is a dream for gumpaste but melts fondant.

Put him in your oven with JUST the light on -- leave him until tomorrow. That will go a long way toward drying him out without incident. Good luck!
