Okay so the Ostrich feathers I wrote about last week came today..They are beautiful and vibrant...I am using them to stick ontop of a Diva cake and Mardi Gras cake..Do I wrap the stem of the feather in saran wrap and then stick into the cake?

What other ideas have some of you done with feathers..On cakes I mean...LOL icon_redface.gif

Thanks thumbs_up.gif

When I used feathers, I just put a plug of fondant into a drinking straw and then pushed the feather in from the other side. Saran wrap will probably work just as well, with a straw it's easy to tell that nothing's left behind in the cake though.
