Hi, I dont know why but I just cant work this out lol! Could any one give me a rough estimate on how many 8mm pearls I would need to use to go around the base of a 12",10" + 8" round cakes?? Would really appreciate someones help with this
This took a bit of math.
Circumference of each cake divided by .31 which is the inch measurement of 8mm so the final figure is the number of pearls for each layer.
8" = 25.12"/ .31= 81.0
10 " =31.4 / .31=101.2
12 "=37.68 /.31=121.5
Total 303.7 plus extras for those that disappear understuff.
350 should do it with extras just in case.
My god - thanks so much for working that out for me!! Really appreciated xx
