Hi! I am stumped figuring out how to make a wine bottle cake for 30- do I stack 2 9x13s (longways, torted into 4 layers) and carve away at that? One 11x15 sliced longways/stacked? This would be without a wine crate....if I did the crate could it be 2 layers of cake for crate and 1 for bottle and if so how do you pick up the bottle cake and put it on top after it is fondanted (or are those usually done with rice cereal)? I guess there cant be a cake board underneath for those that make a rounded bottom bottle (freestanding)...if I used a crate I could cut the bottle flat (since the bottom wouldnt show) and use cake board...sorry if I've confused icon_cry.gif
