I saw this picture and I can't figure out if those flowers are buttercream or something else, they look so shiny. How can you make buttercream shine like that? Is there a certain technique? The texture seems different from buttercream. Any help would be great. Thank You.

These look like they could be royal icing flowers and have been sprayed with shiny lacquer or pearl spray or something.
