My friend's daughter is getting married next weekend. Very small wedding. I'm going to do a rosette cake for her but her colors are red and silver. I have amerigel super red but I'm not sure if the buttercream will get to a deep red color. Another option is silver luster dust maybe? Would silver roses look ok? Thanks so much!

Or you could do the gel in the piping bag to add a red tip to the petals and add silver dragees.

But, yes, silver roses would look fine.
