I,d like to see your xpirenece with the xommercial deck oven coz I,d liketo buy one onstead of my regular oven
i think its the same oven buddy uses in cake boss how, it handles alot of pans at the same time with no baking strips around the pans , and their cakes come out nice flat
i have seen many types like rotating deck oven , multi rack deck oven ,

My bakery had a stacked deck oven and I loved it. These ovens are well-insulated so there's little temperature fluctuation. I think that getting flat cakes is a combination of using a well-balanced recipe and correct oven temp.
So your bakery put the pans directly attached to the bottom of the deck oven , would u plz post a pic of your baker deck oven brand THANKS

The pans slide right into the oven and sit directly on the shelf. Very nice, even baking.
