I have to decide to open my business again but I need to know the new or old tools for making a bakery life alittle easy.

For cakes I cannot live without The Mat for doing fondant, and my Agbay for leveling cakes. I'm also loving my crimper set for some nice border effects on fondant cakes, tappits for letters & numbers, and first impressions molds for bead borders.

The Agbay is a cake leveler, that also torte's flawlessly. Wonderful tool!

Sturdy cake pans, have more than one turntable, mat for rolled fondant.
If you use wooden dowel rods- an electric pencil sharpener.
Shelves for organization.
A rolling cart with locking casters to hold everything you use everyday.
