if you look at the ingredients of piping gel it says corn cyrup.....however it is thicker

Piping gel is available at any cake decorating outlet. Wilton is the most common brand. My local Woolworths has it.

What do you want to do with it?

I make my own piping gel with gelatin and corn syrup (many recipes posted out there). Love that stuff. It works great in holding modeling chocolate or bigger pieces together. Dries fast and clear too.
