Can anyone tell me where I can get one of those fondant smoothers that has two sides (thats the best way I can explain it). It has what I call "a top and bottom", so you can make really crisp edges/corners. I've seen several different types of smoothers but I cannot find them now. Please help!

Are you talking about the rectangular ones instead of the ones rounded on top? If so I ordered mine from

Www.sugaredproductions.com. Under Tools then Fondant toolsicon_smile.gif

I don't know what country you are from so I posted a US site. Google sharp top edger to find other suppliers.

I have one of those, and even use it with a viva paper towel on my buttercream cakes.
