i tried searching but nothing came up, has anyone tried sugarshacks buttercream recipe with all butter? if so, how did it turn out? also if you do make it with butter do you simply replace the amount of butter for the shortening called in the recipe?
I don't know if this helps, but I always make Sugarshack's icing with 1 lb. of butter and the rest with shortening. I measure it by weight and it turns out great with that substitution. I have never made it with all butter but have often thought I would like to try it... since I love the taste of an all butter recipe. Sorry, not an actual answer to your question, but I do sub out some of the shortening and it works! Try it and let me know if it worked
