I'm wondering what you all would charge for this cake. It took me quite a while. Ten individual cakes with a 14x14 cake on the bottom. The individual cakes were just vanilla with a little buttercream and about 5x5" each, the bottom was chocolate with organic Scharffen Berger chocolate mousse filling.

I have no advice about pricing since I don't sell my cakes, but that is a very pretty cake! You did a great job!
How do you calculate your prices? If it's by slice then start from there. Then add in time spent and overhead costs.
When I was selling my pricing was based on # of servings and complexity of design. Pricing have risen sooooo much since I sold I could not begin to know what to suggest on this beautiful creation.
Cost of cake is cost to make it, time spent/how much your time is worth, and profit.
No one can tell you what to charge since those things vary from person to person.
For me, I charge $3 for buttercream and 3.50 to 4 for fondant depending on the design.
