I have just enough leftover ganache to use on a small cake. It's whipped and I need to pour it. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance!

I don;t know your recipe, but if it's a traditional ganache with real chocolate, you should be able to reheat it over a double boiler. You have to be very careful and heat it slowly to just pouring consistency otherwise it will break and you'll have to do some other things to get it to come back together.

I've heated mine in the microwave and it comes out very pourable....however do it in very small increments of time...like say 3-5 seconds and stir each time.
