I have a cake I'm delivering during my lunch on Friday. Is it ok to keep the cake in my car (in the shade) at work till I have to deliver it? The low is going to be 36 degrees and the high is 56 on Friday.

No matter what the outside temperature is, it will be much higher inside the car. And you also have to consider if the sun will hit it as the car windows will act as a magnifying glass. (Ask me how I know.)

I would recommend that you take the cake inside with you and put it out of the way where it won't get bumped or bothered.

Will it fit in a cooloer or two with ice packs. I have done that even if I had the colloer on its side to be taller.
