Has anyone tried this in cakes and icings yet? I read that someone said it had a after taste; any opinions?

I don't know, but anything called "mystery flavor" seems wrong. It probably has an aftertaste because it sounds like it's something artificial and chemically-tasting. What's it supposed to taste like?
