A Gi Gi's Cupcake just opened up about 20 miles from us and I went up and had a taste yesterday. Very good cupcakes and icing! Has anyone got any idea of what they use in their icing? It is not the normal buttercream.

Thanks

Hi Pat, I checked them out too, it can't be butter their cupcakes aren't refridgerated( I think in Al. if its butter it's got to be refridgerated). Thought the cupcake and the icing were really good just didn't care for the ratio of icing to cake.

Thanks Debbie,

Yes way too much icing on it, but I just had to eat it all. LOL No I am sure it did not have butter in it, I just wish I could figure out what it was.
