i have been ask to do cupcakes for my mother inlaw for her work party i am just starting out at baking cupcakes and all i am doing is getting her to buy my supplies. I Have to make 250 cupcakes and i have no ideal what flavors to do because i want to do 4 and i want them to be really good because i hope to get some orders from this any adivce would be helpful thanks in advance!!

Do the standard 2 flavors, white and chocolate, then do a holiday flavor, like peppermint and a lemon. Very popular!

I recently made a white cake and put peppermint oil in it, then made an icing with real white chocolate. It was sooo good, and very festive! I piped them with white icing in a bag I striped with red, and it looked like a peppermint. Everyone loved them.
