Okay, I have seen a few of the requests and recipes for Costco Vanilla Mousse, but what I have not came across is a reviewer saying that it is just like Costco's or better. There are reviewers saying that it's good, but is it similar? I am actually looking for Vanilla Cheesecake Mousse, I am hoping to be able to turn the vanilla mousse into the vanilla cheesecake mousse. Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated.

What I will say is don't expect to get a cream cheese taste (at all) from the Jell-O "cheesecake pudding mix." It tastes like regular vanilla pudding. You will definitely have to add some cream cheese to it to get that cheesecake taste.

I am pretty much a die hard scratch baker these days, but I still love Costco cakes!
