Hi Everyone! Does anyone have any idea or an estimates on how much lbs of chocolates and cream are needed for filling frosting a 12", 10" and 8" round cakes? Thanks in advance
I don't know which recipe you're using for ganache but I use this as a starting point
It has the amount of icing required to frost and fill. Everything depends on how thick you apply you frosting. I apply my BC pretty thick so I have to double for buttercream. For ganache, are you pouring, whipping it or using it under fondant? That will effect how much you need.
