When I make a white wasc, I use water but when I make the French Vanilla version, I use the French Vanilla liquid coffee creamer. I have never used heavy cream though.

icon_smile.gif Hello everyone! I am brand new to this board. Is there a place to go for abbreviations? I have no clue what WASC is? lol I am brand new to cake making/decorating too. I am currently taking the Wilton course one..doing my final cake this week. TY all!

Kim--WASC is White Almond Sour Cream cake. It's a very popular doctored cake mix recipe here on cake central. If you look in the recipes section under "most favorited" it should be at or near the top of the list.
