I recently found some good sounding recipes on King Arthur's website. I don't know how they taste though - I haven't made any of them. I just purchased a box of their GF Baking Mix to make cookies and cakes for a friend's son who is on a GF Casein Free diet.

Good luck!

I've had the most success by replacing all purpose flour in recipes with the
All Purpose GF Flour Blend by Carol Fenster:
3 cups sorghum Flour (500 gram box)
3 cups potato STARCH
2 cups tapioca flour
Keep it stored in a 4L icecream pail or something similar, mix well before using, spoon into measuring cup then level off with knife.

The most important part is adding Xanthan Gum. You can read about this here, it tells you how much to add for different kinds of doughs: http://glutenfreecooking.about.com/od/glutenfreecookingbasics/a/xanthanguargums.htm

Once I found this I was back to eating cakes & cookies with ease - enjoy!
