Just a short, funny thing: usually turn down 10 serv. cake requests, but yesterday a man (rare species to order cakes) asked for a cake as a gift for his wife's birthday, in a particularly nice manner:
'...as per our phone conversation i would like to confirm my interest for the Cake devoted to Birthday of my wife...' 
I appreciate such a cute and respectful attitude towards The Cake. May even do it in my spare time in this case...
