This question has probably been answered a bunch of times on here but here we go!!!
First ever wedding cake order -- 3 tiered to serve 80 people, easy all white buttercream icing.
On Wiltons wedding site I found the size of cakes I need to make... 6,8, and 12 says it feeds 81
no comes the hard part, pricing....Making cake for a catering company that doesn't have time to make this cake due
to they already have 3 wedding to do that day.
Help !!

Well, from the info you gave us, $1,000,000,000. icon_biggrin.gif

This question does get asked daily, if you do search you'll see what I mean. Bottom line, none of us can really tell you that. Especially since we don;t know where you live, if you are a legal baker, what your overhead is (including insurance), if you have wholesale accounts for your ingredients or if you pay resale, what your skill level is, etc. This is all stuff you'll have to work out on your own. You also didn't mention flavor of cake, what type of decorations, what type of structure, what type of packaging you'll need to use...
