Butter Pecan Cupcakes With Cream Cheese Icing?

I have never made or eaten a butter pecan cake. I have some cream cheese icing in the refrigerator, and I am wondering if it would be a good combination with butter pecan cake. Opinions? Recommendations?

I'm pretty sure you could put cream cheese icing on an anchovy and it would be good. LOL
It would be good-I would toast some pecans and chop them and add them to the CC icing, and even throw some cinnamon in there too. Yum.
