I'm a high school librarian, and I need some titles of books that explain the history behind cakes and not just recipes and pictures of cakes. We have a lot of seniors who do their senior projects on cake decorating, and the students need books on how the industry has changed. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
I seem to remember one that was written *I think* by Nic Lodge that is pretty much what you would be looking for. Sorry I don't remember the name of it but maybe my post will 'gog' someone else's memory.
