I am a sugar cookie/royal icing type person, but recently I had a cream cheese sugar cookie( that was decorated) and it had a softer icing on it....the detail was not as good as royal icing , but it was nice to bite into....Do you think it was Toba's Glace?? Any other suggestions??
THANKS SO MUCH

I've had creamcheese sugar cookies before but it was just a thin layer of regular creamcheese frosting they used for the decoration. The outside of the frosting did harden a bit, is that similar to what you had?

Sounds like you're describing Toba's thumbs_up.gif
