Hey! I'm new to Cake Central and so glad to be here and see fellow cookiers. I just purchased cakeboss software and am so excited to use it. I tried to watch some of the how to videos, but can't get the sound. No problem with sound of other videos. Anyone know what the problem is?

Hmmm are you on a Mac or a Windows machine? You may contact them directly because they're super helpful. I had no trouble with the sound on any of the videos. Are you accessing them through the software or their website? If you're accessing them through the software, try going to their website to watch them. Hope that helps a little.
