Hey I am making a lemon cake with white chocolate mousse and a raspberry filling.
Is it possible to color white chocolate mousse a different color?
Should I just add on a layer of buttcream or fondant instead?
I wonder if using candy colors in the cream before you whip it will do the trick? Candy colors would be best since cream has so much fat. You probably don't want to add it after whipping so it won't get deflated.
