Want to bring a cake (or even cupcakes) to a work party and need an idea for something different than I have done past Christmases (for different occassions). I have done:
-a fireplace w/ Santa
-Christmas Tree
- gingerbread house
- gingerbread sleigh
- snowman, stocking
- Christmas Train
- cupcake wreath,
- presents/ gifts
- sheet cake with Christmas scene
- and I'm working on a snow globe for a birthday in Dec.
Ideas please!
TIA
What about Charlie brown, or the Christmas story lamp? I've seen pictures of that one and it looks cool.
# tier topsy turvy cake, round, with igloo on top and little penguins sliding down all around it to the base with a pond....along with some trees
You don't give us any idea how many you need to serve or if you want tiered/or what
Have you seen these ideas?

What about making cupcakes and have have santas legs poping out of them like these... http://sugarsirencakesmackay.blogspot.com/2011/03/blog-post.html
They sure look cute and I think they would be pretty easy to make, of course depending on how many you had to make!
I love the Santa legs and the sliding penguins ideas but if youre still stumped how about something to do with the 12 days of Christmas or with The Nutcracker....maybe toy soldiers or north pole cake
How about one of the candle cakes with the tea light in it. I just put this into my favorites today: http://cakecentral.com/gallery/2224607/
