I had made tentative plans to visit GSA on the weekend. I went to the website for store hours,and noticed:

Global Sugar Art, LLC is located in Plattsburgh, New York. Our store is located on Route 3. Orders may be placed online and picked up in the front office of our warehouse. However, due to local zoning laws, we can no longer allow customers to browse our warehouse. Orders may be picked up Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.

I was just curious when this changed? I had visited the site in the past, and the store hours were posted.

It sounds like it is a safety issue with worker compensation having customers roaming around in a warehouse setting is a major no no in case something falls from above and kills someone etc...Major liability lawsuits..so they probably have pickup at the front only now..
