I have to make a fondant sonic cake (hedgehog) for this friday 11/25/11
I have no idea how to make a sonic face out of fondant.
Any ideas will help.

My customer does not want buttercream transfer. ( i thought about it too)

Please help, don't know what to do.

THANKS.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING.

what i would do is first sketch the cake layout then go to google and save good pictures of sonic. from those i would try to cut sonic from rolled fondant (first the body shape then glue eyes, nose etc). and now if that doesnt work i would make a sonic from the fondant and place it at the top of the cake, and the test of the cake with decorations. for the sonic figure pretend its play doh and shape it out

I know you said no buttercream transfer but what about chocolate transfer and attach a stick, and then place it where you want. I did one for minnie mouse, it worked out great. HTH
