For Thanksgiving I am making Michele Foster's Spiced-Up Cake. I plan on frosting it with her spiced cream cheese frosting and covering with white-chocolate fondant.
I'm stuck on the filling.......should I just fill with the cream cheese frosting or does anyone has a tasty suggestion? This is the first time making a spiced flavored cake, so I'm open to all suggestions.
Sorry it's after thanksgiving, but Apple cinnamon is a yummy filling with spice cake! What did you end up using?
