My Shoprite had the seasonal Jello Instant Pumpkin Spice pudding and I bought several. I've used them in pumpkin cupcakes and a cake as was suggested here. Now, for Thanksgiving, I'm making the pumpkin pies (regular Libby's, recipe on can) and I want to know if I add a pudding mix box what would it do to the pie? Enhance it, or ruin it. I tried the Libby hotline but they didn't know (not their product, not tested in their kitchens). The Libby can makes 2 pies. I want to add 1 box of pudding. what do you think??? Thanks

You can always try it and see. I can vouch for the Pumpkin Spice cake in the recipes section -- to die for!!
