I have been using the Rolled Marshmallow Butter Cream Icing by wtare that is posted on CC, but would like to know ow to make it Chocolate. I have not been able to get a hold of wtare to ask her. Can someone please help? Thanks much.
Sorry I'm not on here nearly as much as I would like to be but I just happened to see your question. Although I've never tried to do a chocolate version I would think that if you added cocoa powder prior to the powdered sugar it would come out fine. The recipe is pretty forgiving as I don't even measure anything anymore and just kind of eyeball it. Comes out great everytime.
