I was hoping someone could help me with tips on making the chocolate wheels for making ruffles using the Le Girolle. The wheels/roulettes are ridiculously expensive if you can even find them and then add shipping on top of that!
I do not think candy melts are the way to go because they are too waxy for my taste. Any suggestions would be so appreciated.
Seems to me you could just temper some chocolate and mold it in a cake pan.
