I just made my 1st fondant covered cake. It seems like the marshmallow fondant is getting really dry and the party isnt untill noon tomorrow. Am I suppost to cover the cake in plastic wrap or something?

No not normally. I feel that MMF has a tendency to dry out and I only use it in a bind. I love working with fondarific but some don't like to spend the money on it, lol.
