I'm wondering if it's just me, or if Cake Deco in Melbourne are inclined to just not send smaller orders?? I ordered a tool from them about 6 weeks ago, I got an email confirming the order...then nothing. After a month of nothing I sent a polite email asking if there was any problem with the order, or if they were unable to supply to please let me know so I can get it elsewhere. No response.

I know their website does clearly state that orders under $20 will not be processed. The item I ordered was $23.90+postage, so I was over their minimum. I just get a sneaking feeling that they looked at my order and thought 'small order, not worth bothering with' or something.

Has anyone else had issues with small orders from Cake Deco?
