Hello cc friends!

I was invited to participate in a cupcake contest for a local winery having their first anniversary. Trying to decide what flavor to make is stressful! I decided on chocolate cupcakes, but need help deciding which filling and frosting to use. I'd appreciate if you'd help me decide which combination to make! thanks for your help!

Which did you decide to make? Mine was the vote for the chocolate cupcake with bailey's chocolate mousse filling and vanilla swiss meringe buttercream.

I think that is what I am going to do. I sort of wanted to do all chocolate, but maybe that is too much chocolate! the vanilla would be a bit lighter. the contest is today, so I better decide!

I'm probably too late, but could you do a cupcake that incorporates their wine?
