I am in search of a recipe for chocolate cake with cream cheese swirls. I was planning to use the chocolate wasc recipe but don't know how to go about the cream cheese part. Any help would be appreciated.
Yes, the choc WASC is great. for the cream cheese just use room temperature cream cheese, mix with sugar to your taste (granulated or powered) mix one egg. Place choc batter in cake pan like normal, then place the cream cheese mixture on a parchment paper bag and swirl on top of the cake batter. Use a toothpick to push in the mixture, bake as you usually do.
