Hey all I need a little advice on this one.... Normally the Kitchen I'm in is not this hot. However, it's almost 80% in here because the building thinks it's unoccupied. I finished dipping and decorating my cake pops & balls....& most have been finished close to 3 hours ... however, the chocolate has not firmed up as of yet. So I put them in the frig over night or should I just leave them out over night? I haven't put the bags on them yet cause it would mess up the decorations on it. So ... Air Dry or Fridge?

Freezer if you have one available. Much better option than out in the heat or in a fridge.

We do have a Freezer I can roll the cart in there. It's a commercial kitchen so it's just like the freezer in a fast food place or restaurant.

Will they be safe in the freezer unwrapped?
