I just refill my inks!
Now it says open and replace ink with flashing lighticon_sad.gif
I don't see a ink with flashing lighticon_sad.gif

I did a cleaning on the heads removed and replace inks, no luck.

Made sure they click in place, no luck.
My daughter's 30Th birthday party is Friday, I'm up a creek.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Carrie

I have the canon Pixma IP4700

Did you get your supplies from icing images? I think I remember seeing instructions on what to do if that happens on their site.

Its best to give us a call so we can walk you through some steps to assist you. Make sure though that you did not drip in on where the cartridges connection is made. You can lift out the cartridge and put your pinky in there to see if ink is in there. Be sure that you do not bend any of the connection wires. Also make sure that the chip on the cartridge is clean. This has nothing to do with the printhead. You may just need to press and hold the stop and reset button that is the button below the power button. Hold it for 10 seconds to see if it helps...If not, give us a call.
